3. Provide the name of the person OR the occasion you wish to offer Mass for.
4. Specify the Church location where you want the Mass to be offered
5. Specify the number of Masses you want offered (each Mass carries a $10 stipend)
6. If you have specific dates in mind you want the Masses offered, please provide them. Please know that we will try our best to honor these request for dates but there's no guarantees.
7. Provide payment information (credit/debit only)
